Whilst our client clearly has a very successful business, there is still huge scope to increase both sales and profits further by:
1. Opening at lunch times, especially at the weekends
2. They have permission to place 4 serving tables outside the front of the shop to allow al fresco dining on the very wide pavement
3. Have tables inside the shop in the large waiting area
4. Offer hot drinks as well as cold
5. Offer other popular side dishes such as burgers, kebabs, chicken
6. Apply for an alcohol licence, as this could be delivered along with the takeaway.
